What do you know about the Gifts of the Spirit?
I need some help. I get to speak in Sacrament Meeting this coming Sunday on the gifts of the spirit. I am realizing more and more that there is so much about the gospel that I have yet to understand. This topic is one that I have never really studied before so I feel like it is a little over my head. I am studying some talks and have an okay outline but I would like to hear your input and your testimony on this subject if you are willing to share...

Wish I could help, but I'll have to leave that up to the Spirit. It will tell you what you need even in the very hour of what you need to say. He will also tell you before while you're preparing your talk too :) Good luck, I know you'll really do well!
P.S. I used felt for the hair bows and just cut them into the shape that I wanted them to be in :)
Also, I'm sure our paths will cross again, I have no doubt that we will see see each other again, and hopefully our children can all meet and be instant friends too! I'm so glad I met you at AV Productions Jill--you're such a wonderful friend to have even miles away!
My thought is sometimes we think the gifts of the spirit at just the ones they mention in the scriptures, but actually there are so many other ones too that aren't mentioned. If it is a gift that is for your benefit and serves the lord/brings you closer to him, than it is a gift of the spirit. Even things like being a good listener, or recognizing the presence of the holy ghost are gifts of the spirit that people often overlook. :)
