Moved in and Sister Married

Our trip back to Rexburg was great. We were able to leave on a Monday afternoon (in time for Clair to take a nap) and arrive at my parent's home Tuesday afternoon. The truck was unloaded and our beds were up and ready to use by time dinner was on the table. That goes to show you how excited our families were for us to be back.

The rest of the week was spent as we tried to help with my sister's wedding. We all just kept saying to ourselves- everything will work out! It amazes me how stressful things can get even when you've tried to make it simple. Things keep getting added and by time everything is done it is more work and prep then we could have imagined. I am glad to announce that everything did turn out, and it turned out wonderful.
When people arrived for the open house there was a photo area set up with random props that guests were able to dress up and then take their pictures that will later be put into a scrapbook for the bride and the groom as their sign in book. It was a cute idea.
Clair LOVED the treats. I decided it is too much trouble to try and dress her in fancy clothes because then the whole time I am worried about her getting anything on them... although the dress looked adorable on her.
My sister calls her husband "Superman" so to surprise him she had a friend make a groom's cake and decorate it as superman. It was super impressive! The tie and boutonniere even matched his tie and boutonniere!

And here they are... the happy couple cute as can be now married and off on their new adventure.

For an update on us...
We are going to be staying in Rexburg until August. We just had a new opportunity open up to us and instead of moving back to California we might be moving to Texas for Jason to start optometry school. Jason is going to Texas to tour the school and look at living cost before we make a defiant decision. We are just amazed at the crazy turns life can take you. We are so grateful for prayer and personal revelation!

I didn't realize she was your sister. I mean I can totally tell now, but I just didn't know it. Anyways congrats to her!

I still say you're the cutest pregnant person EVER!!

I'm sorry I missed the bride and groom at the reception, but so glad I could visit with you and your mom!

TEXAS!! I know of at least one school in San Antonio and one in Houston. Where are you moving to? We would love to have a road trip and come see you.

Texas is hot, but it will be way cheaper than California!
