Our friend took Jason ice fishing!!! It was our first time having fresh fish and it was quite the adventure cooking and eating it.
We fried it up in lemon juice and spices. When it was done the skin peeled right off. The little bones were frustrating but it tasted really good!
This was Clair's face when she was watching us cook it.
