but the swine flu is not cute at all!

Jason woke up Sunday morning complaining of aching all over. We dismissed it as being sore from doing the triathlon the night before. Later that day he took a two hour nap which is very unusual. Usually he refuses naps because he says they make him cranky. When he woke up he felt hot and had a headache. Again we just dismissed it...

Monday morning after throwing up his breakfast we took his temperature. Sure enough he had a fever. Still not wanting to admit defeat Jason tried going to classes. That night he was exhausted, dizzy, and had a very sore throat. We got him tested for the flue and the test was positive.

So he is on medication, wearing a face mask all day and night, drinking lots and lots of liquids, and when I am home he locks himself in the other room. It is frustrating to be int he same house and not see each other. He also carries around lysol spray and germ-x and as soon as he leaves a room or touches something he sprays it and before he enters or touches anything he uses the germ-x. I love my Jason so much, it makes me very sad to see him so miserable.

For those of you who are worried about me, don't :) I am on medication to catch it now that i've been exposed and am getting a shot today... yeah. I am feeling great and praying hard to stay well.

BABY UPDATE-

Tomorrow is my 36 week mark! Four more weeks to go. It has gone crazy fast and I am so excited. We still don't have a name picked out and at this point we will probably just take our list and wait to see what she looks like.
